Exchange & Refund Policy

At NUSHKA, all pieces are carefully crafted on demand. Exchanges may be requested within 48 hours of delivery if the item received has an incorrect size, colour, or a manufacturing defect. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To request an exchange, please email nushkaofficial1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once the item is received and inspected by our team, we will proceed accordingly.

Please note that all shipping and handling costs for exchanges or alterations are the responsibility of the customer. Minor alterations can be arranged at an additional charge.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, order cancellations and refunds are not offered once the order has been confirmed.

Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting or fabric dye differences.
